Rocket All Company Meeting: Seismic

Little Caesars Arena|Detroit, Michigan

Rocket’s Annual All Company Meeting at Little Caesars Arena continues to raise the bar each year—and this year was nothing short of seismic. Rock Events helped to bring together team members from Rocket, Redfin, and Mr. Cooper as one unified organization for the first time, marking a powerful new chapter. The experience began with lunch and interactive activations throughout the concourse, building energy before guests entered the arena bowl for an electrifying performance featuring Steve Aoki and SO. MUCH. CAKE!

The program highlighted Rocket’s bold vision for the future of homeownership, including a fireside chat featuring Chairman Dan Gilbert and Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield. One of the most moving moments of the day came from Aggie, a legally blind homeowner in her late 80s who was at risk of losing the house she had rented for years. With the support of her neighbors and the Rocket team, Aggie was able to purchase her home. Onstage, she was reunited with those who helped her along the way—and surprised with the news that her mortgage had been fully paid off.

The event concluded with a surprise musical performance from a Detroit legend, marking their first hometown set in over a decade. As the crowd erupted, it was a fitting end to a truly unforgettable—and seismic—celebration.

Little Caesars Arena|Detroit, Michigan

Moonshot brought Rocket’s entire organization to Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena for an all company meeting crafted with the same intention and precision as an actual rocket launch. The meeting content introduced a new mission and reflected on a bold chapter for the Rocket family of companies, uniting team members around new ideas, shared strategy, and the momentum of what’s ahead. Moonshot closed with a high-energy performance by Snoop Dogg, delivering a celebratory finale that matched the scale of the moment. With mission and direction aligned, Rocket team members left energized to push boundaries, make dreams a reality, and help everyone home.

Rock Honors

The Masonic Temple|Detroit, Michigan

Rock Honors is the Rocket family of companies’ annual award show celebrating team member achievements. With more than 1,000 nominees and approximately 250 winners across four shows, the organization gathered in downtown Detroit for a glamorous red carpet experience, award show, and post-show celebration.

While the event’s primary purpose is to recognize outstanding performance, it has become a powerful expression of Rocket’s culture and values, highlighting inclusivity, empowerment, innovation, and the ISMs that guide the company daily. Rock Honors celebrates those who embody these principles, drive meaningful impact, and help advance Rocket’s mission in both business and community.

The show opened with a Tonys-style musical number performed entirely by Rocket team members. Humorous commercial-style videos starring team members kept the show engaging, while custom video packages featuring all 1,200 nominees honored team members, with each winner being able to select a color for their Rock Honors trophy. A simultaneous show took place in Phoenix (another of Rocket’s headquarters), with a live broadcast cutting between hosts in each location and streaming to remote audiences, creating a shared celebration without requiring excessive travel or emissions. A watch party in Charlotte extended the experience to another office, reinforcing connection across the organization. Recognition continued at the neon-themed AfterGLOW, where all team members, including nominees, winners, and senior leadership, celebrated together with photo activations and dedicated spaces to connect.

Make your next event unforgettable.
